*Has a cracked plumbing pipe and the water heater needs to be reinstalled. Owner will complete these repairs prior to sale.
*100 amp box but uses it on a 50 amp service. 12 gauge wiring throughout.
*Has normal wear on the exterior wrap and a few scratches.
*Slight bubble in the aluminum siding in one small area.
*Will need a new wrap done.
