It is rated for hauling and towing with a factory package. It has an ABS service light on the dashboard, but it still brakes. As far as emissions go, we do not have emissions tests in NE, so I am not sure whether all items are present to pass required tests.
Also, on the passenger side, there is an exhaust leak at the manifold due to a couple of broken manifold bolts.
This is causing an exhaust leak and a power loss.
