This trailer is in good condition. Perfectly prepped and waiting for you to install your own equipment that will bring your business to life.


* A few plastic covers are missing 
* 2 interior light strips on ceiling need to be replaced 
* The hot water faucet handle for three compartment sink does not work; faucet or handle needs to be replaced
* The exterior vent on top of the trailer is dented due to entering a facility that was too low (vent works but has never been used)
* The outside vent is not working. The dent affected the internal fan, and it won't spin. The rest of the system is fine
* No cooking equipment currently installed


NOTE: Wrap will be removed, so unit will be white and ready for paint or a new wrap. The gallery has a photo of the white trailer before it was wrapped. It will be removed by the seller, no additional cost to buyer. (Wrap is being removed because it has business logos on both sides.)
