Seller has used this 2000 tri-county licensed food cart on summers for 2 years. It has a sink with hot & cold running water, 5 gal fresh / 5 gal gray. The pump runs on marine battery (included). Steam tray area, burner, hood, light, serving window, snack shelves, etc. Tri-County (The whole state, except denver) allowed the seller daily set up of the cart, a smoker, grill, and canopy, which they state has proved enough room for them to net anywhere from $600 to $1,100 in a single day.  It mounts to a 2" ball hitch, and is on a high speed axle. It is approx 6'x 4', room for one or two inside. The cart itself is what is registered & licensed with tri-county, and what you add to it is your business, the options are limited only by your imagination.
