This trailer was previously used in Florida and was licensed (MFDV) by DBPR, passing all inspections in 2023 and 2024. It has been sitting idle ever since the owner got a new job.
-Since this was used solely as a pizza trailer and there was no open flame used for cooking (fryer, grill, etc), there is no fire suppression system needed in the state of Florida. If the buyer would like a fire suppression system, we can discuss a price reduction on the trailer or I can have a fire suppression system installed to meet the buyer's requirements for sale.

2. Last time it was used was three years ago.
3. Tires in good condition.
4. It was inspected and passed in Florida in 2023 but was never used since then due to new job.
