This unit underwent mechanical work that includes a new engine that was installed in February 2024, a new starter, spark plugs, flywheel, water pump, and fresh oil and filter!
* Generator is included with deal but would recommend getting inspected / getting a new one as we have had issues in the past with it. (Model : GENMAX Portable Inverter Generator, 9000W Super QuietDual Fuel Portable Engine with Parallel Capability, Remote/Electric Start, Ideal for Home backup power. EPA Compliant (GM9000iED)
* Will need to update the exterior to remove the business decal
* Last update from the mechanic was that the truck was running well; mechanic could provide other suggested services on request
* May need a fresh coat of paint for exterior in the future
* Would recommend new propane tanks
* May need to screw down the seat cushion
* When it rains, water may slightly get into the truck from the ceiling
* Seller does not recommend cross-country or long distance driving in this unit.
* Tune up is essential
Regarding the leak: There are minimal drips during heavy rain, believed to be due to a fabrication issue. It likely needs to be resealed or a metal plate installed.
