CONDITION NOTES: 

- never used pizza oven or coffee pot; not sure if they work
- never used sink; not sure if it has water tanks or not
- needs orifices, burner tube, and Thermo couplers replaced for cooking equipment to work
- Thermo King needs to look at the refrigerated side; it starts up but won't stay on
