A 20' shipping container was mounted on a 2007 International Harvester 4300 DT466 diesel truck chassis. The entire side of the shipping container was removed and framed in with steel rectangular tubing to form doors, windows, and a service area. Outfitted with top of the line equipment used very lightly. All electricity is provided by solar panels incorporated on the truck and is the only one of it's kind. All recipes and formulas would be included and the owners would be available on a limited basis for training.GVWR: 26,000 lbs.The following is a description of the equipment and various systems:1. Oven The oven is a Woodstone 6' Mt. Baker series that is fitted with both radiant flame and underfloor infrared burners. The overall system is powered by an Apple miniMac, which interfaces a Square credit card terminal, a kitchen display system and fully integrates with Square. The self service kiosk system has been popular with customers and has eliminated the need for a staff position for taking orders.
