Based on A/C, freezers, water heater, water pump, and prep refrigerator, the batteries will run between 8-10 hours. If more time is needed during the day you can add more batteries.
The one other thing to mention is that when the truck is plugged in overnight the cold plate freezers will be frozen overnight. When they go out for the day they do not need to run the freezers for 12 hours because the plates are frozen and will keep the ice cream cold for 12 hours. This will save more time for the battery.
