Seller's Note: It is currently in operation and permitted in NC, and the plan is to continue working until sold to a new owner. It currently has a 100 sanitation score with the NC Health Dept from last December. New water heater. NO A/C in the kitchen area. There is no automatic fire suppression installed, as it is not required here, and we do not use the fryer, but the previous owner did. There should be room to install one at a later date, should you require it. The hood does cover the entire space as per the photos.
The truck is 22' with the generator on the front end, which equals 25'
